I worked for various contractors from 2011-2024 across several different states including SC, GA, AL, VA, MD, TX, and FL. During that time I worked in sales, project management, as a sales manager, marketing manager, compliance committee, and built a solar division from scratch. During that time I also invested a significant amount into learned real estate investing with the goal of eventually getting into developing my own properties.
After parting ways with my last company I made the switch into real estate lending, and now work with investors, builders, and developers on funding projects from simple flips, up to full subdivisions, multifamily, and mixed use properties.
