Serving Our Chamber Members
Chamber Representatives are trusted Christian business leaders who serve as relationship ambassadors for the Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce. Their role is to support, connect, and serve Chamber members by fostering meaningful relationships, sharing valuable resources, and helping members engage more deeply within the Chamber community.
As a bridge between Chamber leadership and members, Chamber Representatives help strengthen Kingdom impact throughout Central Florida by connecting business leaders, sponsors, partners, donors, and President’s Circle members to opportunities for collaboration, growth, and community transformation. They are available to provide guidance, answer questions, encourage engagement, and help ensure every member feels supported, valued, and connected.

With nearly 20 years in HR, nine of those in business ownership, Dawn understands the pressures of entrepreneurship. She began her professional career after graduating from UCF with her business degree in 2004. Since then, she has supported hundreds of companies in Central Florida with their hiring needs either as a corporate recruiter, staffing company, or consultant. It was during those years in staffing that the concept of Sipley the Best was born. Instead of the agency experience where they simply do the grunt work for you, StB targets companies that truly care about the culture of the company, dedicated to attracting diverse but like-minded talent, while choosing to value the current team.

Sign Up to Serve at the Relationship Building Lunch!
Several months out of the year the Chamber hosts a Relationship Building Lunch. Anyone who is a current member of the Chamber can sign up to serve as a greeter, floater, or work at the YES Desk at the event. When you serve, you help those who are new feel welcomed, and those who need direction, find their way. Additionally, when you serve at the lunch, your meal is complimentary. If you'd like to have the opportunity to serve, please contact Lucy Miranda, our event coordinator, so she can add you to the email list that receives the signup form.
