A head for business and a heart for God, Parker loves to say, "Business is MY Sport!".  Krystal Parker is a former executive for a Fortune 200 publicly traded oil and gas company.  She offers over 20 years of experience in organizational management leading hundreds of union, non-union and contract employees, in order to provide J.D. Powers award winning customer service to more than 2.1 million customers in the U.S.  Parker advanced her education at Harvard Business School for senior executive leaders with a focus on innovation, globalization and leadership diversity.  She earned an undergrad in psychology from the University of Kansas and a Masters in marketing from Ottawa University.  Parker started her career as a college drop out, stocking shelves in a trucking parts store and ascended from temporary worker to executive in eleven years.  Krystal scaled the corporate ladder to become the youngest executive and only one of a handful of women officers for the oil and gas giant.  In her pursuit of excellence Parker parted ways with ONEOK to help companies and leaders deliver the Impact their Intentions deserve.  Today Krystal is a professor teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in developing leaders and leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial vision and strategies, leadership, management, marketing, women in management, managing cultural diversity and business ethics.  With years of experience and an aptitude for business, she created Intent and Impact, to fuel her passion and help thousands of individuals and companies deliver the Impact their Intentions deserve.  Parker partnered with the John Maxwell team as a certified trainer, speaker, coach and DISC behavioral expert in order to help clients tap into the most brilliant and proven leadership material and training organization on the planet.
